We've worked with Rudy twice and both experiences exceeded our expectations. Rudy, Mr. Ali and team provide a superior quality of service that is unfortunately in limited supply within the home restoration industry. Rudy never laid on a heavy sales pitch or attempted to insult our intelligence throughout the project. He did however provide common sense solutions relative to pricing, expectations in general, and a realistic timeline. At the conclusion of the job, he provided a cleaning service to tidy up and further solidify why he excels at what he does. I can be a hard person to deal with when it's my money involved, but while Rudy was onsite there wasn't a single concern. If old school customer service is a key factor for your next project, then look to Rudy and team to give you peace of mind.
